申请学校需要你的一些材料的公证件，翻译英文德文都行，不同的学校申请时间和要求都不一样，你应该先上学校网站仔细查询一下，里面会有具体资料。而且要留意，有的学校需要通过一个组织叫Uni-assist，这个组织会先把申请者的材料过滤一遍，再给学校递交，学校再进行二次筛选。很多学校要通过这个组织，你只用交一份材料给这个组织就行，当然他们也要收取一定费用。如果你没有德语基础，建议要么在国内好好学，来之前考过Daf或者DSH，要么申请学校时同时申请他的语言班，上一年语言后在德国考语言，顺利通过后可以入学。总之语言是非常重要的，基础也一定要打好。你也可以上DAAD看看专业排名，ABCDV论坛上也有很多信息。希望帮的到你~
一、申请条件
1.中国教育部承认高校四年制本科或五年制本科毕业，并且获得学士学位证书。
2.重点大学（国家211工程院校）四年制本科或五年制本科毕业但未获得学士学位证书，申请专业无限制，但最终录取专业由德国高校决定。>中国军事院校毕业（少数军校除外），并且获得学士学位证。
目前德国高校只接受正规高校本科毕业学生，专科和高职以及广播电视大学或其他成人高等教育机构的学生通常情况下是没有德国大学入学资格的。但是对于通过成人教育获得学士学位的申请者，审核部可以进行个别审核。为此申请人只需提交学士学位证书的复印件，交由审核部审核该申请人是否具有德国高校入学资格。对此类证书的审核不收取任何费用。如果有德国高校入学资格，申请人可以参加审核部的正常审核程序。
二、德国大学的录取标准
一般来说，德国大学录取主要看以下三个方面：大学期间的平均分；申请人的外语水平（德语或者英语）；另外，如果申请人是来自211工程大学毕业的学生，相同条件下，优先考虑211工程大学的学生。
三、申请综合大学的步骤
1.翻译公证学历材料。
2.申请审核。
3.申请大学：审核通过后，一次无遗漏地寄出全部申请材料，包括填好的申请表、全套学历材料的公证件以及留德审核部的审核证书一份。
4.申请签证：申请签证一般需要4至8周时间。
提醒：各校对不同专业的具体要求和申请截止日期可能不同，所以在投递材料前请详细阅读大学招生网站。

Applicants for a Bachelor degree or a Staatsexamen in Law who have acquired a foreign University entrance qualification, apply directly at "uni-assist e.V." Uni-assist is a membership corporation, which Bielefeld University has joined. Uni-assist evaluates international school/ university certificates and examines if the submitted school/ university certificates are equivalent to German school/ university degrees, i.e. whether they qualify in principle for admission to university studies in Germany.

After the online application the following certificates have to be sent as well by post to uni-assist:

The application deadline for international applicants is the 15th of January for summer terms and the 15th of July for winter terms.
Please send only certified copies of original certificates and translations (in German or English).
For applications at uni-assist fees are charged.
First, your application will be examined by uni-assist and then transferred to Bielefeld University.
The admission procedure will then be done by Bielefeld University and you will soon receive an answer.

The selection process is done on the basis of professional and personal qualification and starts right after the end of the application period. Please note that most of the study courses are subject to an entrance limitation (NC).
