use是及物动词而with是介词，表明一种方式，with和by也有不同，with后面多接具体名词，而by后接抽象名词。两个词意有些不同.一般use前都有主语比如说"i use the lamp to read".
而with却不一样,如果翻译成“用”，不应放在主语后，一般在动语后e.g. "i am cooking with a pan"
